The PLANET SPM-D0x Series DIN-rail smart power meters provide dedicated monitoring of distribution feeders, motor control panels, industrial machinery and other critical electrical loads. Detailed electrical and energy data for each circuit helps users detect abnormal conditions, assess equipment performance and make better energy-management decisions.

The SPM-D0x Series offers two models for different current-sensing needs. The SPM-D0x-M supports conventional current transformers, making it suitable for general electrical panels and low- to medium-current circuits. The SPM-D0x-R supports Rogowski coils, whose flexible design suits large conductors, busbars and high-current applications.

These sensing options let users choose the appropriate installation method while retaining the same core power-monitoring functions.

The SPM-D01 Series supports 1P2W, 1P3W, 3P3W and 3P4W systems with balanced or unbalanced loads. Depending on the power system, the meter can use one, two or three current sensors, with or without external potential transformers. This flexibility allows the same meter platform to serve a range of single-phase and three-phase installations.

Using True RMS measurement at 128 samples per cycle, the SPM-D0x Series delivers reliable readings across varied electrical loads. It provides 0.2% voltage and current accuracy and 0.5% accuracy for active, reactive and apparent energy, supporting equipment energy monitoring, operating-condition analysis and electricity cost allocation.
