Returns (RMA) Form

OKSA Automation Limited operates a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) system for traceability reasons when processing returned or faulty goods.

If a product is defective and requires repair, kindly fill in our returns form below, and we will provide you with an RMA reference number. Please then return the goods, enclosing a repair order detailing the nature of the fault, along with the RMA reference number.

There will be no charge for repairs if the product is still within the warranty period.
