Description
The PLANET IMG-3400T bridges Modbus TCP, RTU and ASCII networks for industrial automation and IIoT. It connects Ethernet control systems with legacy PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, meters, sensors and controllers, integrating existing Modbus devices into IP networks without replacing field equipment.
With MQTT Client and built-in MQTT Broker support, the IMG-3400T collects data from Modbus RTU/ASCII devices and publishes it to SCADA, MES, edge servers or cloud services. Its embedded broker also enables local message exchange without an external broker.
The IMG-3400T supports RTU Master, RTU Slave, ASCII Master and ASCII Slave modes, enabling flexible Modbus TCP-to-serial conversion, centralized monitoring and legacy equipment integration.
Built for industrial environments, the IMG-3400T has a rugged IP30 metal enclosure, -40 to 75°C operating range, redundant 9~48V DC / 24V AC power inputs with failover, surge protection and ESD immunity, with DIN-rail or wall mounting.
