Ethernet I/O modules with built-in OPC UA Server and MQTT Client services

U-7528M

The OPC UA I/O module, also called UA I/O or the U-7500 Series, is a range of IIoT Ethernet I/O modules. Its dual-port Ethernet switch supports daisy-chaining to reduce cabling and switch costs. IEEE 802.3af Class 3 PoE supplies power over Ethernet, simplifying design, saving space, and reducing wiring and power sockets.

The ICP DAS U-7560M-3 is an OPC UA I/O module with six digital inputs and six relay outputs. Its dual-port Ethernet switch supports cost-saving daisy-chain installation, while IEEE 802.3af Class 3 PoE reduces wiring, space, and power-socket requirements. A browser interface enables configuration, control, and monitoring without additional software.

The module simultaneously supports OPC UA Server/Client, MQTT Client, and RESTful API. Users can send I/O values to cloud or field control systems for display, analysis, or control, while scaling converts analogue signals into readable values.

Configurable IF–THEN–ELSE rules apply scheduled logic and actions to I/O channels and virtual points. The RESTful API reads and writes these points over HTTP or HTTPS.
