Compact 4.3″ Touch HMI Electronic CAM Controller

The ICP DAS PCC-1416 is an electronic CAM controller integrated with a 4.3-inch high-resolution touchscreen. By adopting digital signal processing technology, it effectively replaces traditional mechanical cam systems, eliminating mechanical wear and noise while achieving higher-speed and higher-precision control. The digital configuration allows operating parameters to be easily modified, overcoming the physical adjustment limitations of conventional metal CAM plates.

It supports Binary and Gray Code encoding formats, when used with an absolute encoder, it delivers up to 12-bit high-resolution control accuracy. This compact CAM controller provides 8 banks (programs), 16 CAM output channels, and 32 area settings, enhancing production flexibility and efficiency.

The PPC-1416 has been used and proven in a wide range of applications including automatic lathes, textile machinery, printing machines, testing equipment, assembly lines, and packaging systems requiring precise timing control.
